We originate and trade physical crude oil across the key producing basins of the Middle East and Africa. Our relationships span national oil companies, independent producers, and established trading houses — giving us access to a broad range of grades and loading programmes.
We structure transactions to match the specific needs of each buyer: spot cargoes, term supply agreements, and blended programmes. Our focus is on grades with strong refinery demand in Asia, Europe, and the Mediterranean.
Petroleum Products

Our products desk covers the full slate of refined petroleum: fuel oil (HSFO and VLSFO), gasoil and diesel, naphtha, jet fuel, and other distillates. We work with refineries, blenders, and end-consumers across multiple regions.
We are flexible in how we structure supply — adapting to market conditions, vessel availability, and the operational requirements of our counterparties. Pricing can be fixed, floating, or formula-based against published benchmarks.
Trade Finance & Structuring
Capital solutions for complex trades.
Physical oil trading is capital-intensive. We work closely with commodity finance banks and structured finance providers to ensure that each transaction is properly funded and risk-managed from inception to settlement.
Our structuring capabilities include documentary letters of credit, pre-export financing, borrowing base facilities, and payment-on-delivery arrangements. We understand what banks require and how to present transactions in a way that facilitates efficient financing.
Logistics & Risk Management
Operational precision, end to end.
Moving physical oil requires more than a contract. It requires vessels, inspectors, port agents, surveyors, and a team that understands the operational complexity of each loading and discharge port. We manage this process directly.
On the risk side, we use exchange-traded instruments and OTC derivatives to hedge price exposure where appropriate. Our approach to risk is disciplined: we do not take speculative positions, and we size our hedges to match the physical book.
